1. Our Products
Poppetplay stocks toys and products made for babies and children. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colour can look different depending on your screen, and items from different batches may vary slightly. We can pull a product, cap how many units someone can buy, or fix a listing error whenever we need to.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices on this site are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and are not locked in permanently. We can update them at any time. Typos and pricing mistakes get corrected when we catch them, whether that is before or after an order comes in. Your order will not ship until the full payment clears.
3. Orders
Sometimes we turn down or cancel orders. That might happen if something looks fraudulent, or if there was a mistake in the price or product details. Paid for an order we end up cancelling? Your money comes back in full.
4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
How we handle delivery, returns, and refunds is all covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Those two documents sit alongside these terms and are just as binding.
5. Intellectual Property
The brand name, logo, text, images, and designs on this site are owned by Poppetplay or used under licence. Taking any of it, copying it, or putting it to use elsewhere without written sign-off from us is not allowed.
6. Acceptable Use
This site exists so people can shop. That is it. Anyone who uses it to break the law, mess with how it operates, or poke around in our systems or data without being invited to do so will be in breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Poppetplay does not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses tied to how you use our site or the products you order. The law sets limits on what we can be held responsible for, and we rely on those limits. None of this cuts across the protections you already have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
Queensland law governs these terms. If a dispute ever goes to court, it goes to a Queensland court, though we are not restricted to that jurisdiction exclusively.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms get updated occasionally. The version sitting on this page when you place your order is the one that counts for that transaction.
