We are a small brand, and every order that leaves our hands gets packed with care. Here is what you can expect when you shop with us.
Shipping Rates
- Enjoy free shipping across Australia on all orders over $100.
- For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $5.90 applies.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders go out within 3 business days of being placed. Once your parcel is on its way, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5 to 8 days. Where you live plays a big role in that. Bad weather, busy carrier periods, public holidays, or addresses in remote areas can all add extra days. Treat those figures as a rough guide, not a promise.
During Sales and Promotions
Sale periods get hectic. More orders come in, and our team works through them as fast as possible, but it does mean things can move a bit slower than normal. Your order is not forgotten. It just takes a little longer to reach you during these times, and we genuinely appreciate you sticking with us.
