Refund policy
At Poppet, we want you to love what you order for your little one. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, we'll happily arrange a replacement or exchange. To help us sort it out quickly, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery at [contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we've confirmed the fault, we'll organise a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is faulty.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
